One (1) 46” wide x approximately 17’ vibrating grizzly feeder powered by a 25 HP motor with the following features:

One (1) AMERICAN PULVERIZER COMPANY SRI-40x52 Solid Rotor 3-Arm Impactor furnished with 3/8” plate, AR lined bypass chute from the under grizzly bars, with the option to reject grizzly throes via a flop gate arrangement.

One (1) Deutz 460 HP, diesel engine furnished with a heavy-duty triple 14” clutch #1 housing, with a 320-gallon fuel tank.

One (1) 48” wide heavy-duty, impact slider belt conveyor.

The entire assembly is mounted on a 3-axle carrier, drop center style, 21” wide flange 68-lb beams with the following:

• Hutch equalizing suspension
• 11.00 RX22.5 tires, 22,500 lb axles, 10-pole Budd wheels
• Air brakes – Standard
• 5^th wheel plate
• Lights and mid flaps with all safety guards

The entire chassis is sandblasted and painted with a rust inhibitor primer and 2-finish coats.

The unit is also furnished with a 4-leg stabilizing arrangement tied to a 12-volt hydraulic package with 70,000 lb capacity hydraulic legs, with heavy-duty footpads.

The shredder is furnished with an overhead Dings Model 44CR CBSE self-cleaning magnet with a 5 HP, 6.5 Kw rectifier motor, with heavy-duty turnbuckle adjustments and UHMW skirt boarding to prevent magnetation, 42”x48”x19” magnet box.

The conveyors and magnet are powered by a 100 KW Genset Company generator
