Easier Access

To streamline service access, the design incorporates a pivoting upper housing and hopper supported by hydraulic cylinders. This allows full access to the rotor and cutting chamber while keeping the housing intact, reducing downtime and improving safety during inspection, cleaning, and knife replacement.

Durable Design

The granulator frame is built with reinforced steel plate with a rib-reinforced lower housing, delivering maximum structural integrity under continuous operation. Removable wear plates provide extended service life and simplified replacement during scheduled maintenance intervals. Multiple rotor designs are available with tangential cutting action using chrome-vanadium heat-treated tool steel knives.
